RETURN POLICY

Chasing Wildflowers Clothing Co. will gladly accept returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online within 30 days from the date your order was shipped. 

Items must be in perfect condition with tags on them in order to issue a full refund in the form of store credit. Customer will receive store credit for their order (CWCC e-gift card) that will need to spent within 90 days of store credit being issued.

Customer is responsible for shipping returns.

2. Mail items to 1002 Holly Drive Sterling, CO 80751 

Please allow 7 business days for us to process your return. Depending on where you live, the time it may takes for your exchanged product to us may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All sales are final meaning no returns or exchanges. Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
